Christmas menu on weekends from

The evening menu consists of five servings:


Snacks

Fried white fish with cabbage and clam sauce

Duck breast with horseradish - pickled, crispy and herbs

Crispy pork - apple - mushrooms and
coarse-grained mustard sauce

Vanilla - cherry - almond

Christmas menu 495 kr.
Including bubbles and wine menu 795 kr.



Christmas lunch menu
(Can also be ordered for pickup, min. 6 people)

Fish dish: Eggs with dill mayo and hand-peeled shrimp,
herring with gin and sea buckthorn, fried Christmas herring and crayfish tail salad

Meat dish: Tenderloin in mushrooms a la creme, chicken salad with crispy serrano and duck with horseradish mayo, pickled mustard seeds and herbs

Dessert: Almond panna cotta with cherries
